Bomber Battery® offers a comprehensive line of remanufactured alternators, and major replacement components for these products as well as custom remanufacturing. Inspection and individual testing of each unit ensures the remanufacturing process maintains specification excellence.

Every remanufactured alternator assembly from Bomber Battery® is completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Parts that do not meet Original Equipment (O.E.) specifications are recycled and replaced with O.E. quality replacement parts. Our trained technicians incorporate the latest engineering improvements and parts content into our assemblies whenever possible - helping to ensure that they meet or beat O.E. specifications.

• Incorporate silicone-potting compound on regulators to ensure the protection of these parts
• Use brush holders designed to ensure that the brushes do not bind during use
• All new bearings throughout, no used bearings are ever utilized.

• Stators are tested for amperage and balance and matched to the correct rotor.
• Rectifiers and diodes are tested under load for reverse leakage.

• Rotor slip rings are turned and trued and finished with fine grit for minimum brush wear.

• Final unit is load tested for correct voltage and amperage ratings and fully warranted.
